TOWN OF UNADILLA - NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Unadilla, held at the Town Hall, located at 1648 State Highway 7, Unadilla, New York, on December 10, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Unadilla approved a resolution authorizing the purchase of two F600 trucks with up-fitting packages in an amount not exceeding $262,000.00 to be paid from equipment reserve funds. The resolution was unanimously adopted by a vote of 5-0. The expenditure from the equipment reserve funds is subject to a permissive referendum.

Regular Monthly Town Board Meetings
** People may attend in person but must observe social distancing and mask protocol ** Town Board Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM, following the monthly audit of bills at 6:00 PM. The official Town newspaper is The Daily Star. Resolution: Privilege of the Floor speaking time limits The Town of Unadilla welcomes and encourages input from the public at Board meetings. Please note that neither the Board nor Administration may engage in a dialogue or respond to questions concerning personnel matters. This is not an attempt to restrict public comment, but is done to protect the privacy of the individuals involved as required by law. As a matter of courtesy to others in attendance, comments of individuals/groups will be limited to three to five (3-5) minutes. Thank you for your understanding. |
